We seek a candidate with outstanding writing ability, a strategic perspective, and the capacity to transform organizational initiatives into content that connects people with the business’s purpose and challenges. Key responsibilities: Develop and manage internal and corporate communication content. Write news articles, interviews, features, and content for various organizational channels. Support communication campaigns related to organizational culture, transformation, and employee engagement. Produce content for intranet, newsletters, internal social media, and corporate announcements. Support coverage of events, internal initiatives, and the company’s strategic projects. Collaborate with various departments to highlight organizational best practices and achievements. Requirements: Professional degree in Journalism. 2–4 years’ experience in corporate or internal communications. Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Organizational ability, proactivity, and collaborative work skills. Proficiency in digital communication tools. Preferred qualifications: Experience in internal communications, organizational culture, or employer branding. Proficiency in audiovisual editing or design tools. Interest in organizational transformation processes and strategic communication.
