Job Summary: Enaex is seeking a Supply Planner to develop and optimize production, supply, and inventory plans, maximizing service levels and resource utilization. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with various departments to validate operational assumptions. **Job Description** ---------------------- Enaex's Prillex Plant is seeking a new Supply Planner to perform duties on-site in Mejillones during administrative shifts. Job Mission: Develop and optimize the Supply Plan by transforming validated demand and capacity constraints into efficient production, supply, and inventory plans that maximize service levels and resource utilization, considering key business-performance variables. Additionally, implement modern tools for efficient capacity management. Main Responsibilities: * Consolidate and update the baseline supply plan data, incorporating demand forecasts, available inventory, production schedules, plant constraints, maintenance activities, logistics capacity, and commercial commitments. * Conduct coverage, product availability, and supply risk analyses, identifying early deviations among demand, production, shipments, and inventory. * Build supply planning and capacity planning scenarios, evaluating alternatives such as production, campaigns, imports, shipments, inventory, and customer or product prioritization. * Maintain up-to-date reports, databases, dashboards, and planning tools. * Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams to validate operational and commercial assumptions impacting the supply plan. * Monitor weekly and monthly supply plan adherence, alerting relevant gaps in production, inventory, shipments, capacity utilization, and service level. * Prepare analyses, executive reports, and insights for planning meetings, S&OP, operational committees, and supply risk tracking. * Propose and implement improvements to tools, routines, data models, dashboards, and planning processes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Industrial/Commercial/Civil/Logistics Engineering or related field. * 2\-3 years of experience in Supply Chain areas. * Knowledge of SAP ERP or similar. * Advanced Excel skills. * Power BI proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
