If you have experience in this role and seek stability during the execution of a project, this is your opportunity! **Position:** Recruitment and Selection Analyst (Psychologist) **Location:** Vitacura **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Contract Type:** Fixed-term project-based contract ### **Main Responsibilities** ✅ Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for mining and industrial projects. ✅ Conduct CV screening, competency-based interviews, and coordinate assessments. ✅ Manage candidate progress and schedule occupational medical examinations. ✅ Maintain up-to-date process records and generate management reports. ✅ Support staffing coverage according to project timelines. ✅ Participate in talent attraction activities as required. ### **Requirements** ✔ Professional degree in Psychology (mandatory). ✔ 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection. ✔ Experience in high-volume hiring or industrial/mining projects is desirable. ✔ Familiarity with BUK is desirable. ✔ Strong organizational skills, internal customer orientation, and teamwork ability.
