We seek individuals committed to their work, highly motivated, with strong learning capacity and autonomy. **Requirements:** * Secondary education, Medium-level Technical, or Professional Technical qualification * 1–3 years of experience operating roller compactors * Class D driver’s license (mandatory) * Experience in forest road construction is desirable * Availability to perform duties in the Valdivia area and/or surrounding regions * Availability to work on a 7x7 shift system * Fixed-term contract for three months, followed by an indefinite contract (subject to performance).
