Vitacura 3520, Vitacura Commune, Santiago, Metropolitan Region **Compensation:** $1\.500\.000 CLP monthly net salary **Work Schedule:** On-site — Full-time **Position Description and Technical Environment** At **Favordmail SpA**, we seek to incorporate a Higher-Level Nursing Technician (TENS) into our clinical support team—someone with a strong service vocation, procedural rigor, and adaptability. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring continuity of clinical care within our facilities located in the commercial and medical sector of Vitacura, maintaining high standards of quality, warmth, and biosafety in direct patient interactions. **Clinical Responsibilities and Operational Functions** * Provide direct and continuous support to medical and nursing professionals in performing procedures, monitoring, and clinical examinations. * Perform vital signs measurement, anthropometry, and systematic recording of physiological data in the company’s clinical information systems. * Ensure timely preparation, hygiene, sterilization, and setup of consultation rooms, clinical booths, and operational instruments. * Manage and supervise medical supply inventory at service points, request restocking, and ensure efficient resource utilization. * Ensure strict compliance with biosafety regulations, management of assimilable and hospital waste (REAS), and protocols for preventing healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). **Application Requirements and Selection Criteria** * **Academic Qualification:** Professional or Higher-Level Technical Degree in Nursing awarded by a Technical Training Center, Professional Institute, or University recognized by the Chilean Ministry of Education. * **Legal Authorization:** Valid and verifiable registration in the National Registry of Individual Health Providers maintained by the **Superintendence of Health (SIS)** — *Mandatory and exclusive requirement for holding this position*. * **Prior Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient units, sample collection, medical specialty centers, or emergency departments. * **Cross-Cutting Competencies:** Collaborative teamwork, analytical ability, assertive communication, attention to detail, and strict adherence to ethical and institutional guidelines. * **Location and Mobility:** Availability to work on-site in the Av.
