Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse to implement Universal Primary Health Care (APS), who will coordinate health activities, supervise technical staff, and conduct health promotion in the community. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and schedule health activities. 2. Supervise technical staff and procedures. 3. Promote health among users, families, and the community. The Municipal Corporation of Renca is seeking a nurse for Universal Primary Health Care (APS-U) implementation at a Family Health Center (CESFAM). * Cover extended APS-U working hours, as well as schedule and coordinate health activities, and supervise technical staff. * Plan and coordinate health promotion, prevention, and protection activities targeting users, families, and the community across all life stages, in accordance with the annual communal health plan. * Perform health treatment activities within the scope of nursing practice and based on medical diagnoses, adhering to physicians' instructions and ensuring comprehensive user care. * Support and supervise procedures performed by technical staff, ensuring compliance with aseptic/antiseptic and biosafety standards, and taking educational reinforcement actions or raising alerts in cases of non-compliance. * Other duties inherent to the position. Compensation: Category B, Level 15 **$ 1\.412\.650** (gross) Contract: 3 months, renewable based on performance **Work Schedule:** 44-hour weekly contract with the following shifts: * Tuesday to Thursday: 11:00 to 20:00. * Friday: 12:00 to 20:00. * Saturday: 08:00 to 17:00. **Requirements:** Accredited University Degree in Nursing, registration with the Superintendence of Health, experience in Primary Health Care (APS), and familiarity with the Family and Community Integrated Health Model.
