Responsibilities * **Medical project management**: Design and coordinate health programs and clinical projects. * **Technical supervision**: Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards. * **Interdisciplinary coordination**: Collaborate with teams of physicians, nurses, and specialists. * **Health impact evaluation**: Measure outcomes and propose improvements in care delivery. * **Health institution engagement**: Establish strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and public agencies. * **Team training**: Promote continuous education in best medical practices. Candidate Profile * Degree in **Medicine**, **Nursing**, **Biomedical Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum 7 years of experience in medical or clinical project management. * Knowledge of Chilean and international health regulations. * Leadership, effective communication, and team management skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency preferred.
