Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes, lifting, and/or hoisting equipment, ensuring their proper operation. We are currently seeking a **Mechanical Technician**, who will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on overhead cranes, lifting, and/or hoisting equipment, ensuring their proper operation while complying with established safety regulations and technical standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical components according to defined guidelines. * Inspect mechanical systems of lifting equipment and identify potential anomalies or wear. * Carry out adjustments, lubrication, replacement, and repair of mechanical components. * Report anomalies and hazardous conditions to the supervisor. * Diagnose and address mechanical failures per the Supervisor’s instructions. * Manage corrective and preventive actions related to maintenance. * Properly handle and maintain assigned tools and equipment. * Comply with safety regulations, internal procedures, and technical standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, or related field preferred. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment, preferably overhead cranes, lifting equipment, hoisting equipment, or similar. * **Skills:** Proactivity, assertive communication, teamwork ability, responsibility, safety orientation, and strong interpersonal skills. **Work Schedule:** 7x7 shift.
