To this end, El Teniente Division invites you to participate in the Electrical Reliability Unit Manager competition, whose mission will be to lead and manage the assigned unit, define and communicate guidelines for resource use, drive short-, medium-, and long-term goal achievement, encourage values such as innovation, sustainability, continuous improvement, and best practices, and ensure implementation of the Corporate Maintenance Management System (SOMA). This includes complying with—and ensuring compliance with—Divisional and Corporate policies, standards, and procedures related to safety, occupational health, environment, and NCh 3262 standard on gender equality, work-life-family-personal life balance. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and direct key performance indicators, adjusting maintenance plans to meet asset management objectives. * Supervise and lead monitoring of maintenance strategy implementation. * Periodically review area team performance indicators to identify deviations, applying root cause analysis or problem-solving techniques. * Ensure development of best practices in predictive maintenance within the assigned area to optimize asset service life. * Establish goals to evaluate critical team performance, generating a key indicator dashboard for asset management. * Promote, analyze, and monitor continuous improvement projects and activities, coordinating operational synergies and improvement implementation with other departments. * Administer contracts within the specialist's field. * Provide expert support, from their role, for major maintenance activities on equipment and systems (GMD Gearless Mill Drive, CCM, motors, instrumentation and control systems). **Application Requirements:** * University degree in Electrical or Electronic Civil Engineering. * Proven experience with GMD Gearless Mill Drive drives and concentrator plants. * Five years of experience in analysis, design, and management of electrical areas in crushing and SAG milling plants, GMD Gearless Mill Drive drives, and power systems. * Valid Class B driver's license. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with NFPA70E electrical safety regulations. * Experience with electrical distribution and protection systems. * Experience in planning and/or executing major maintenance of GMD Gearless Mill Drive drives and electrical systems. * Experience managing dashboards, business indicators, and KPIs using Excel. * Knowledge of Lean tools and C\+ * Knowledge of SAP PM. * Intermediate-level technical English proficiency is desirable. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract Type: Indefinite-term. * Position Title: Electrical Reliability Unit Manager. * Work Location: El Teniente Division. * Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday. * Number of Vacancies: 01\. **Application Deadline: Tuesday, August 25, 2026** Application Closing Time: 23:59 hrs.
