Job Description: You will be responsible for preparing and carrying out cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery, ensuring compliance with customer service protocols according to the organization’s established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Prepare and carry out cleaning and organizing tasks in assigned areas (e.g., prep areas, storage rooms, dining halls, production lines, among others). * Provide customer service related to food delivery. * Prepare, replenish, and transport tools, utensils, supplies, and equipment involved in food service and cleaning operations. * Carry out and support monitoring and implementation of current company and site-specific protocols and procedures. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience working in cleaning and/or customer service in casinos. * Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and quality standards in food service operations. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic casino environment. * Availability to work on a 10x10 shift schedule. * Residence between Regions I and IV.
