Job Objective: To manage patient care for individuals enrolled in the Bariatric Program through planning and delivery of nursing care and case management, ensuring timely, warm, safe, and comprehensive care, appropriate use of resources, and strict adherence to clinical and administrative protocols established within the unit, as well as ensuring patients’ proper adherence to the care process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct pre-surgical evaluations and validate eligibility requirements by applying protocols and actively managing clinical and administrative process stages; - Guide and educate patients throughout the various program stages through courteous interaction and problem resolution; - Record all interventions and care provided—both pre- and post-surgery—including handovers, examinations, patient selection according to major and minor criteria, care education, and wound dressings; - Monitor patient journey using designated management tools. Desired Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, registered with the Integrated Health System (SIS); - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in inpatient units and/or operating rooms.
