We are seeking top Full-Time Dermo-Advisors in Puchuncaví to work across our nationwide retail locations, conducting route-based assignments with daily visits to multiple points of sale. This is a Monday-to-Friday position, totaling 44 weekly hours, including a 1-hour lunch break, under a fixed-term contract valid until December 31. You will be responsible for promoting brand sales through proactive customer engagement and product demonstrations. The coverage areas include major pharmacy chains, retail chain stores, and supermarkets located in the commune(s) of Puchuncaví. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Actively promote brand products by engaging customers directly in-store. * Conduct product demonstrations and close sales. * Capture photographs of product displays, competitor branding, and pricing. * Comply with instructions from your direct supervisor. * Maintain punctuality and cleanliness at the point of sale. **What profile are we looking for?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Promoter or Demonstrator in dermocosmetics, facial creams (micellar water, moisturizing cream, sunscreen). Competencies: * Exceptional charisma and personality for approaching customers cold (mandatory requirement). * Clear diction. * Persuasion skills. * Sales closing ability. **What do we offer?** * Contract duration: Fixed-term until December 31. * Base salary: CLP $529,000 * Bonus: CLP $194,750 * Transportation allowance: CLP $20,000 * Meal allowance: CLP $20,000 * Internet usage bonus: CLP $15,000 * Sales target achievement bonus: CLP $150,000 (taxable) * Full campaign coverage bonus: CLP $100,000 (payable only if you remain employed for the full month) * Approximate net monthly salary: CLP $849,093 (assuming 100% attainment of all bonuses) * IMPORTANT: Please note that if you join after December 1, your salary will be prorated based on actual days worked until December 31.
