To control and coordinate the planning, management, execution, and monitoring of renewable projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives in terms of scope, time, safety, quality, costs, and sustainability. You will be responsible for optimizing constructability, managing the transition from development to operations, and leading corrective actions in case of deviations, contributing to ENGIE’s growth and profitability. Your main challenges will be: * Plan resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. * Integrate end-user requirements from the beginning of the project through handover to O&M. * Prepare technical documentation, budgets, clauses, and agreements. * Establish service level agreements (SLAs) with business units, ensuring KPIs, quality, and timelines. * Monitor the implementation of the engineering plan, optimizing schedules and competitiveness. * Prepare progress reports, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. What we expect from you: * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * At least 10 years of experience in similar roles. * More than 5 years in project management in related fields (wind, solar, thermal, industrial, etc.). * Knowledge in project management, planning, budget control, and safety regulations. * Advanced proficiency in Office, SAP, and Project. * Advanced English (written and spoken).
