Position Overview We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results\-oriented **Project Manager** to lead and coordinate technology and digital\-service projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project objectives, coordinating teams, managing schedules and resources, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered according to agreed requirements, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to completion. * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones. * Coordinate developers, designers, IT specialists, technical support staff, and external stakeholders. * Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation. * Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, and deliverables. * Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop appropriate solutions. * Communicate project updates and status reports to management and stakeholders. * Facilitate project meetings and coordinate follow\-up activities. * Ensure project requirements and quality standards are met. * Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and deliverables. * Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and customer requirements. * Coordinate testing, implementation, and project handover activities. * Maintain accurate project documentation and records. * Conduct project reviews and recommend improvements for future projects. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in **Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering**, or a related field. * Previous experience in **project management, technology projects, IT operations, or digital services**. * Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk management. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Familiarity with project\-management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms. * Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with technical and non\-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications * Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification. * Experience managing **web development, cloud infrastructure, hosting, SaaS, or IT projects**. * Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Basic understanding of cloud computing, web hosting, domains, databases, and software development. * Experience working with distributed or remote technical teams. * Knowledge of project budgeting and vendor management. * Experience managing multiple client\-facing technology projects.
