Part of a global team with shared goals and responsibilities. **Join Our Team!** ============================ We are currently recruiting a **Project Developer** to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common objectives. We operate as a single company across all locations, with shared responsibilities and a clear focus on accountability. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Develop solar, wind, and energy storage (BESS) projects from conceptual engineering through to ready-to-build (RTB). * Negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and easements. * Manage administrative processes for environmental permits, sector-specific permits, and interconnection procedures. * Support the community engagement team. * Coordinate with technical teams, authorities, and external counterparts. * Prepare and review technical documentation. **Education and Certifications** ------------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering **Experience, Technical Skills, and Competencies** ---------------------------------------------------- * 2 \- 4 years of experience developing renewable energy projects in Chile * Foundational knowledge of the energy sector. * Proficiency in Excel for data analysis. * Ability to prepare executive presentations and reports. * Experience initiating and/or completing personal or entrepreneurial projects * Effective communication skills **Corporate Culture** ----------------------- We foster an organizational culture grounded in mutual trust, goal alignment, and shared responsibility.
