We are seeking top Full-Time Dermo-Advisors in Las Condes to work across our various points of sale nationwide, conducting route-based work with daily visits to multiple locations. This is a Monday-to-Friday position, 44 hours per week, including a 1-hour lunch break, running until December 31, 2025. You will be responsible for promoting the brand’s sales through proactive customer engagement and product demonstrations. The coverage areas include major pharmacy chains, retail chain stores, and supermarkets located in the commune(s) of Las Condes. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Actively promote the brand’s products by engaging customers directly in-store. * Conduct product demonstrations and close sales. * Capture photographs of product displays, competitor brands, and competitor pricing. * Comply with instructions from your direct supervisor. * Maintain punctuality and cleanliness at the point of sale. **What profile are we looking for?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Promoter or Demonstrator in dermocosmetics, facial creams (micellar water, moisturizing cream, sunscreen). Competencies: * Exceptional charisma and personality for approaching customers cold (mandatory). * Clear diction. * Persuasion skills. * Ability to close sales. **What do we offer?** * Employment duration: Fixed-term, from December 1 to December 31. * Base salary: CLP $529,000 * Bonus: CLP $194,750 * Transportation allowance: CLP $20,000 * Meal allowance: CLP $20,000 * Internet usage bonus: CLP $15,000 * Sales target achievement bonus: CLP $150,000 (taxable) * Full-campaign completion bonus: CLP $100,000 (paid only if you remain for the full month) * Approximate net salary: CLP $849,093 (if 100% of all bonuses are earned) * IMPORTANT: Please note that if you start after December 1, your salary will be prorated based on days worked until December 31.
