Our team focuses on excellence, innovation, and safety in every project we execute. **Who are we looking for?** We seek to add to our team an Electrical Technician or Renewable Energy Technician motivated to grow within the clean energy sector and genuinely interested in technical excellence. We value proactive, responsible individuals with strong teamwork skills and customer orientation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, connect, and maintain photovoltaic solar generation systems across various scales (residential, commercial, and industrial). * Interpret electrical schematics and connection diagrams, ensuring correct assembly of electrical components (distribution panels, protective devices, AC/DC cabling, grounding systems, etc.). * Assemble and secure solar mounting structures and panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems, adhering to safety protocols. * Configure and commission equipment such as inverters, optimizers, monitoring systems, and associated protection devices. * Conduct electrical testing, diagnostics, and preventive/corrective maintenance on operational photovoltaic systems. * Complete technical documentation and progress reports for each project. * Strictly comply with Chilean electrical regulations, electrical safety standards, and Impulsa Solar’s internal quality procedures. **Requirements:** * Higher-level Technical Degree in Electricity, Renewable Energy, or related field (mandatory). * Practical knowledge of residential, commercial, or industrial electrical installations. * At least 1 year of experience (preferred) in the installation, assembly, or maintenance of photovoltaic systems or electrical work. * Basic understanding of SEC regulations and electrical safety protocols. * Familiarity with electrical measurement and testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter) is preferred. * Ability to work at heights. * Class B driver’s license (preferred). * Availability for field assignments, both within and outside Santiago. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, eagerness to learn, and willingness to contribute ideas. **We offer:** * Opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative, and industry-leading team in solar energy solutions. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Access to cutting-edge technology and challenging projects contributing to Chile’s sustainable development. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards. * Excellent working environment. **Employment Conditions:** * Full-time schedule: 44 hours per week. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 08:00–18:30; Friday, 08:00–15:00. * Work mode: On-site. * Workplace: Field assignments in Talca city. * Contract type: Project-based contract. **Interested in applying?** Send your resume to contacto@impulsasolar.cl, indicating “Application for Electrical Technician / Renewable Energy Technician / Talca” in the subject line.
