Lead and develop a high-performing finance team A leading international company is looking for a **Finance Manager**, based in Santiago, to lead the financial strategy of a regional operation within Latin America. This role acts as a key strategic business partner, driving decision\-making, supporting business execution, and leading the transformation of the finance function towards a more agile, data\-driven, and performance\-oriented model. Key Responsibilities * Act as a **strategic business partner** to commercial and operational teams. * Lead **financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes**. * Oversee **financial reporting, accounting, and compliance** with local and international standards. * Deliver actionable insights to improve **profitability and business performance**. * Drive **finance transformation, process improvements, and digital initiatives**. * Support commercial strategy through **pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis**. * Lead and develop a **high\-performing finance team**. * Participate in **strategic projects and M\&A integration efforts**. Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred). * \+8 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (FP\&A, Finance Head, or similar). * Experience in **multinational and matrix organizations**. * Strong knowledge of **US GAAP, local GAAP, and internal control frameworks (SOX)**. * Proven track record in **finance transformation and organizational change**. * Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership. * Experience with **ERP systems, BI tools (Power BI), and financial planning systems**. * Fluent English required.
