We invite you to join a market-leading company specializing in **photovoltaic solar projects and battery energy storage systems (BESS)** for commercial and industrial (C&I) clients, with strong growth in Mexico. ### **About the Role** You will participate in the **technical-economic evaluation** of solar and storage projects, contributing to decarbonization through an **ESCO model** funded by internal ESG-aligned capital. Your role will bridge **analysis, technology, suppliers, and regulators**, directly impacting project viability and excellence in the Mexican market. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct technical and economic evaluations of PV and BESS projects. * Manage suppliers, installers, and partners across the energy ecosystem. * Lead EPC tendering processes: requirements definition, quotation, vendor selection, and contract closure. * Provide technical support during project commissioning. * Monitor emerging technologies to identify new C&I solutions. * Deliver technical advisory support for agreement finalization and execution. ### **What We’re Looking For** **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * **8+ years of professional experience**. * **3+ years of experience in BESS projects**. * Experience working with EPC contractors, installers, or equipment manufacturers. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **PVSyst** and **AutoCAD**. * Valid driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in distributed generation (DG)/self-consumption projects within the C&I segment. * Familiarity with key Mexican market stakeholders: **CFE, SENER, CRE**, and industrial clients. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. ### **What We Offer** * **Hybrid work model** based in **CDMX** * High strategic and environmental value projects driving the energy transition * International exposure and collaboration with global suppliers * Collaborative culture focused on innovation * Professional growth within an expanding business **Do you want to shape the future of energy from the region’s most dynamic market?**
