Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and detail\-oriented **Electrical Engineer** to support the design, maintenance, assessment, and improvement of electrical systems supporting our commercial, warehouse, logistics, and operational facilities. The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, facility teams, and management to ensure electrical installations and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while complying with applicable Chilean requirements. Key Responsibilities * Design, review, and coordinate electrical systems for commercial, warehouse, and operational facilities. * Inspect electrical installations, equipment, panels, wiring, lighting, and distribution systems. * Develop and review electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation. * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective electrical maintenance. * Troubleshoot electrical faults and recommend appropriate corrective solutions. * Monitor electrical contractors and service providers. * Evaluate electrical equipment and recommend suitable products and technologies. * Support the procurement and technical evaluation of electrical equipment and services. * Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for improved efficiency. * Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with approved electrical designs. * Prepare technical reports, inspection records, maintenance documentation, and project updates. * Coordinate electrical work with construction, facilities, logistics, and operations teams. * Ensure electrical projects meet applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. * Support installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems. * Identify electrical risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. * Maintain accurate records of electrical assets, maintenance activities, and technical changes. * Assist with budgeting, cost estimates, project schedules, and resource planning. * Stay informed about relevant Chilean electrical standards and industry practices. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline**. * Professional engineering qualification or registration applicable in Chile. * **3–5 years of relevant electrical\-engineering experience**. * Strong understanding of electrical distribution, power systems, wiring, lighting, and electrical equipment. * Experience with electrical design, calculations, inspections, and troubleshooting. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. * Proficiency with **AutoCAD, electrical\-design software, and Microsoft Office/Excel**. * Strong knowledge of electrical safety principles and maintenance practices. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. * Strong organizational and project\-management abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **commercial facilities, warehouses, logistics centers, manufacturing, retail, or textile operations**. * Knowledge of Chilean electrical regulations and applicable SEC requirements. * Experience with industrial electrical systems, motors, control panels, backup power, or automation. * Familiarity with energy\-efficiency projects and electrical consumption monitoring. * Experience with generators, UPS systems, solar\-energy systems, or other backup\-power technologies. * Knowledge of building\-management or facility\-management systems. * Experience preparing technical specifications and evaluating electrical suppliers. * Familiarity with project\-management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. * Professional certifications in electrical safety, project management, or related areas are an advantage. * Strong English communication skills are a plus for coordinating with international suppliers and manufacturers.
