Position Overview ArteyMarket is seeking a qualified and experienced **Construction Manager** to oversee construction, renovation, and facilities\-related projects. The successful candidate will manage projects from planning through completion, coordinating contractors, budgets, schedules, materials, quality, safety, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and renovation projects. * Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies. * Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and other professionals. * Monitor construction progress, costs, timelines, materials, and workmanship. * Conduct site inspections and identify potential construction, safety, and quality issues. * Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation. * Ensure construction activities comply with applicable Chilean building, safety, and environmental requirements. * Manage project changes, delays, risks, and corrective actions. * Coordinate procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment. * Maintain project records, progress reports, budgets, schedules, and documentation. * Implement quality\-control procedures throughout project execution. * Lead construction meetings and communicate project status to management and stakeholders. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications. * Support final inspections, commissioning, handover, and project closeout. Required Qualifications * **Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.** * **At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or project supervision.** * Demonstrated experience managing construction, renovation, commercial, or infrastructure projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. * Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. * Strong understanding of construction safety and quality\-control practices. * Familiarity with Chilean construction regulations, standards, and permitting requirements. * Excellent project planning, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and contracts. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project\-management software. Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing **commercial, retail, gallery, cultural, hospitality, or interior renovation projects**. * Experience with high\-end finishes, interior construction, or architectural installations. * Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar software. * PMP, construction\-management certification, or relevant professional certification is an advantage. * Experience with cost estimation, procurement, and contractor negotiations. * Knowledge of sustainable construction practices. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
