




**HB LATAM** Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile (On-site) *International Headhunters*, supporting an international company in Chile, is seeking talent to support the commercial department in business development, Power Telecomm Data Center Division, with a focus on the DATA CENTER market. We require technical-commercial professionals with knowledge of CCTV, structured cabling, audio, video, data centers—construction and delivery of data center infrastructure, turnkey projects. Prior experience in commercial areas serving system integrators, carriers, ISPs, and HYPERSCALE DATA CENTERS. GRAY and WHITE SPACES. It is essential to have commercial relationships with hyperscalers and prior experience at manufacturers of LV and MV power distribution equipment, physical security systems, lighting, network infrastructure, HVAC solutions, and building automation. The BDM or Senior Account Manager (hunter) will cover the Chilean market and be responsible for an annual P&L. We require appropriate technical education, primarily in engineering fields, and intermediate English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect new clients and jointly develop proposals with the inside sales and presales teams. * Lead the market in turnkey infrastructure projects for data centers. * Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations; manage internal administrative processes—including inventory checks and delivery status inquiries via the support team. * Conduct proactive calls and reactivate existing accounts while acquiring new accounts. Gross base salary plus variable compensation and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience—**TO BE NEGOTIATED**. Hybrid work arrangement. Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term. Salary: Starting from $7,000,000 per month.
