Position Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical **Business Analyst** to work with clients and internal teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, define requirements, and translate business challenges into practical technology and automation solutions. The successful candidate will combine business knowledge, analytical thinking, and communication skills to support digital transformation initiatives and deliver measurable improvements for clients. Key Responsibilities * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders. * Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand business processes and operational challenges. * Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. * Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. * Create process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, and business documentation. * Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with software developers, data specialists, project managers, and consultants. * Support the design and implementation of AI\-driven automation solutions. * Define business rules, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements. * Evaluate proposed technology solutions against business objectives. * Assist with user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet requirements. * Monitor project outcomes and help measure business benefits. * Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and management. * Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle. * Support change\-management and technology adoption activities. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field**. * **2–5\+ years of professional experience** as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role. * Strong experience in **business requirements gathering and process analysis**. * Ability to create process flows, business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Experience analyzing business data and performance indicators. * Proficiency with **Microsoft Excel** and business documentation tools. * Familiarity with SQL, databases, or business intelligence tools is an advantage. * Strong understanding of business processes and operational improvement. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary consulting team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **digital transformation, process automation, consulting, or technology projects**. * Experience working with manufacturing, logistics, energy, or other industrial clients. * Knowledge of **AI, machine learning, automation, or data analytics**. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms. * Familiarity with ERP, CRM, workflow\-management, or enterprise software. * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project\-management tools. * Basic SQL or Python knowledge. * Experience with BPMN or other business\-process modeling techniques. * Professional English proficiency is an advantage.
