Our team in Chile and Peru is undergoing continuous growth, and we are currently recruiting **Structural Engineer, Intermediate** professionals to join an EPCM project based out of our Santiago office. **About the Role** * Design and engineer structures of varying complexity for large- and medium-scale projects under the supervision of a Discipline Lead. * Contribute to the successful delivery of Ausenco projects by actively participating in them. * Collaborate with other disciplines involved in the project and Engineering Management to support engineering design, checking, and review. * Provide technical advisory services for unique or non-conventional engineering designs, processes, or other methods. * Effectively apply Ausenco’s methodology and comply with project standards and regulations. * Adhere to policies and procedures of the Business Management Systems (or Quality Systems). Identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions, communicating them effectively to the work team. * **About You** * A qualified Civil Engineer with specialization in Structural Engineering, licensed and authorized to register and/or sign as an Engineer with relevant regulatory bodies. * Minimum 4\-7 years of proven work experience on mining EPCM projects within an engineering consultancy firm. * Knowledge of and experience applying seismic codes and international structural design standards. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Excellent problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and capacity to meet deadlines. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. * English language proficiency desirable (conversational/written). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to empower you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
