




Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist to advise on risk assessment and control, ensure legislative compliance, and participate in developing health and safety programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise all staff on occupational risk prevention and proper risk assessment. 2. Ensure compliance with safety legislation and procedures. 3. Participate in the implementation of health, hygiene, and safety programs. We seek to hire an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist for one of our subsidiaries, with the requirement to work on-site in the commune of Estación Central and be available for travel to northern regions of the country for project assignments. **Responsibilities** ---------- Main duties include: * Advising all staff on occupational risk prevention and correct risk assessment. * Advising all staff on applicable legislation for the company, ensuring its dissemination and understanding. * Ensuring that processes, functions, or activities under supervision or advisory scope are carried out in accordance with current legislation regulating such activities and within a safe working environment. * Participating in compiling risk inventories associated with tasks and activities across various field operations, ensuring their dissemination and application. * Ensuring periodic inductions and/or trainings on prevention and risk control topics, maintaining formal and documented records thereof. Additionally, entering this data into the "Personnel Induction Matrix" for recordkeeping. * Ensuring all risks are identified, assessed, and controlled prior to initiating any activity, and further ensuring that all procedures associated with the activity are clearly understood and applied. * Conducting periodic audits of compliance with requirements or systems of our client companies regarding Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Participating in the development and implementation of internal health, hygiene, and safety programs while monitoring their compliance. * Promptly reporting to direct management any incident or undesirable situation occurring in the area where duties are performed, verifying that all corrective measures are taken and risks controlled—even if this means halting work. * Reporting and actively participating in investigations of incidents occurring within the company. * Preparing monthly statistical reports on results and/or trends related to Occupational Risk Prevention for analysis and evaluation, maintaining formal and documented records thereof for dissemination and subsequent improvement of identified deviations. **Requirements** -------------- Requirements: * Availability for project-related travel. * Prior experience in construction, mining, and/or engineering sectors. * Class B driver's license. * SEREMI resolution. * Technical professional or engineer in Occupational Risk Prevention.
