Opportunities for professional development and job stability **Viggo, Force in Motion**, a leading provider of corporate personnel transportation services—specialized in mining operations and industrial sectors—is currently seeking a **RISK PREVENTION ENGINEER** for the **SQM NUEVA VICTORIA SITE**. **Position Objective:** To prevent road, workplace, and occupational diseases in accordance with current legal requirements. This is achieved by planning, controlling, advising, leading, and implementing activities focused on risk prevention, occupational health, environmental management, road safety, and promoting preventive and corrective actions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct ongoing hazard and risk assessments for tasks and services, advising on and monitoring active critical controls. * Execute various activities under the Risk Prevention Program. * Collect information required for audits. * Communicate and ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Regional Ministry of Transport (SEREMI de Transporte), Regional Ministry of Health (SEREMI de Salud), National Occupational Safety Service (SUSESO), and Labor Inspection regarding workers’ occupational safety and health. * Implement an internal training program and coordinate training activities. * Conduct investigations into workplace accidents and road incidents. * Generate monthly office/contract statistics on accident rates, incident rates, frequency, and severity. * Understand and comply with requirements of the Integrated Quality Management System. * Carry out activities with mutual insurance providers to fulfill CPHS requirements, training, evaluations, verifications, and MINSAL protocols. * Communicate and ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Regional Ministry of Transport and Labor Inspection regarding worker safety. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Risk Prevention, professional category. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role within transportation or mining sectors. * **Residence in Iquique or surrounding areas.** * Availability to work a 7x7 shift schedule at a campsite. * Knowledge of transportation is desirable. **We Offer:** * Vacation bonus. * Patriotic Holidays and Christmas bonuses. * Complementary health insurance. * Compensation Fund benefits. * Opportunities for professional development. * Job stability. ***In accordance with Law No. 21.015 and Law No. 21.275, Viggo promotes the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities and guarantees equal opportunities throughout its selection processes***
