Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Leader to strengthen people management in María Elena, acting as an autonomous and technically sound support for operational areas. Key Highlights: 1. This position will play a key role in aligning Human Resources, internal clients, and work teams, contributing to more visible, collaborative, and operationally aligned management. Main Tasks and/or Responsibilities: Lead HR management in María Elena, providing direct support to operations and internal clients. Serve as a technical reference on people management, HR processes, and labor legislation. Maintain close and effective relationships with operational areas, leaders, and other key stakeholders in the work environment. Advise managers and internal clients, delivering clear, evidence-based, and timely recommendations. Promote autonomous, collaborative, and solution-oriented management, with the ability to address complex workplace situations. Strengthen HR’s on-site presence, fostering more proactive and operationally responsive management. Use HR management tools and systems, as well as administrative systems relevant to this role. For this challenge, we seek professionals holding degrees in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related HR disciplines, with at least two years of experience in similar roles — ideally within mining operations.
