Inventory Control Analyst – Mining Operation, IV Region
Responsible for administrative and operational inventory control related to the receipt, storage, and supply of fuels and lubricants at facilities and trucks. Consolidate information, enter it into the company’s control system, and generate corresponding inventory closing reports and sales reports for each client.
Job Functions:
* Conduct daily physical inventory checks of fuels, both raw and adjusted (sales summaries).
* Report KPI status for stock levels and availability of facilities and equipment ready for service operations at the start and end of each shift.
* Enter daily delivery notes received at the mining site into the company’s control system.
* Investigate any out-of-range fluctuations according to established procedures.
* Conduct preventive observations and implement corrective or improvement actions in inventory control processes within the mining site.
* Efficiently monitor volumes received from the origin plant via tank trucks, in accordance with established operational control flows.
* Verify and monitor fuel tank measurements at the mining site by applying established procedures.
* Maintain stock control and submit inventory data to the planning unit to ensure contractually stipulated minimum volumes.
* Maintain organized documentary backup with immediate accessibility for inspections and/or audits.
Requirements:
Accountant / Bachelor of Business Administration / Technical Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Preferably reside in the IV Region. Candidates from other cities are acceptable if willing to travel to the mining site.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control.
Experience in industry or mining.
Willingness to work on a 7x7 shift schedule
