Teck is seeking a Community Development Intern for our operation in Iquique. If you are passionate about contributing to the sustainable development of communities, supporting the implementation of social investment projects, and participating in the management of strategic partnerships that generate shared value, we want you on our team! **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Support the management and closure of community investment initiatives, contributing to indicator tracking, results documentation, and compliance with associated administrative processes. * Collaborate in developing and strengthening strategic partnerships for implementing community investment projects, supporting the development of guidelines, standards, and technical documentation. * Monitor progress of strategic and high-impact projects, tracking milestones, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting coordination with internal and external stakeholders. * Participate in initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with communities, local organizations, and strategic partners, promoting the sustainable development of territories where Teck operates. **Requirements** -------------- * Be a leader committed to safety, adhering to and promoting safety and environmental rules and procedures. * Currently enrolled in an internship program in Sociology, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field. * Availability to complete the internship in Iquique, with potential for flexible work arrangements if the role permits. * Not yet graduated from the degree program for which you are applying. * Interns must be enrolled in a professional undergraduate program of at least five semesters; priority will be given to candidates nearing completion of their studies. * Must have Accident Insurance in accordance with Law No. 16.744 and the Labor Code. **About Teck** At Teck, we value diversity.
