Knowledge of mass and energy balance R\&Q Engineering, an engineering and project company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Process Engineer** to join an important tender process in the **Mining** sector \- **Lima, Peru \- Hybrid** **Estimated contract duration for the tender: 12 months** **The following candidate is required:** **Degree-holding professional** * Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent) * Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience * Preferred: Master's degree in Project Management (PMI or related) **Knowledge:** * Management of mining engineering projects * Schedule control (SPI) and cost control (CPI) * Contract management and reporting **Tools:** * MS Project / Primavera P6 * Advanced Excel * Aconex (document management) **Certifications:** * PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred Hiring will be subject to the conditions of the corresponding tender process. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **The following candidate is required:** **Degree-holding professional** * Metallurgical, Chemical, or Process Engineer * Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience **Knowledge:** * Process diagrams (PFD, P\&ID) * Mass and energy balance * Mining plant processes **Tools:** * Aspen HYSYS / METSIM * AutoCAD * Advanced Excel
