Interdisciplinary collaboration to solve complex problems. **Job Responsibilities** The role involves leading the functional and administrative management of all activities related to project control, including cost control, risk definition, and technical bidding bases across all project phases (profile, conceptual, basic, and detailed) and their respective development scopes. The professional must provide robust technical foundations regarding specifications, quality, timelines, identify and assess risks (threats to project execution), work plan, project execution plan, lessons learned, and formulate mitigation plans to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and alignment with Client and/or Company requirements. In this context, the professional’s profile should contribute diverse knowledge and perspectives to solve complex problems and achieve common project objectives, working collaboratively with various involved disciplines—each focusing on its specific area while cooperating, thereby enhancing quality and efficiency—requiring clear communication, proactivity, and leadership to integrate the various project expertise. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer, Mining Engineer, or Construction Engineer * 5 to 10 years of experience in Engineering and/or Mining and Infrastructure * Experience in engineering control across its various phases, budget management, risk definition, work plan formulation, project execution plan, technical bidding bases, and corporate mining standards. * Experience in both small or less complex projects, as well as medium-sized and more complex projects. * Experience with Microsoft Project and any ERP system associated with cost management.
