Job Description As a Food Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for verifying and evaluating production processes conducted at food service sites to ensure compliance with the company's quality assurance system, good manufacturing practices, and HACCP standards. Responsibilities * Maintain compliance with food safety standards. * Ensure compliance with hygiene conditions and standards. * Keep records of non-conformities up to date. * Enable workers to perform their duties safely. * Protect workers' health and ensure the safety of the production process. Requirements * Residency in the Antofagasta region. * Degree in Food Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the mining industry. * Experience in mining camps. * Availability to work on a 10x10 shift system. * Medical fitness for high-altitude geographical locations.
