Job Description As a Food Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for verifying and evaluating the production processes carried out at food service sites to ensure compliance with the company’s quality assurance system, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP standards. Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with food safety standards. * Ensure compliance with hygiene conditions and standards. * Maintain up-to-date records of non-conformities. * Ensure workers perform their duties safely. * Protect worker health and ensure food safety throughout the production process. Requirements * Residence between Region II and Region V. * Degree in Food Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the mining industry. * Experience in mining camps. * Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule. * Health compatible with high geographical altitude.
