We are looking for an **Electrical Engineer (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering)** to join a major hospital maintenance contract, responsible for evaluating the condition of electrical installations, identifying technical gaps, and generating the necessary information for service planning and future operations.
**About the Challenge:**

* Conduct technical inspections of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations.
* Establish baseline status of electrical panels, substations, generator sets, UPS systems, and backup power equipment.
* Evaluate detected gaps in electrical installations—both technically and economically—against the engineering project specifications.
* Prepare technical reports containing asset condition assessments and improvement recommendations.
* Support the design and planning of the Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) for electrical systems.
* Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, technical specifications, and project documentation.
* Collaborate in the inventory survey and integration of electrical assets into BIM platforms and maintenance management systems.
* Identify risks associated with electrical infrastructure and propose actions to improve system reliability.
* Support the technical evaluation of infrastructure and collaborate in the future formation of the electrical maintenance team.
* Maintain traceability of technical information and report progress to the contract’s engineering team.
**What We’d Love to See in You:**

* Degree in **Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, or related field**.
* Minimum **3 years of experience** in industrial electrical installations or critical infrastructure.
* Experience in inspection, diagnosis, or maintenance of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems.
* Knowledge of electrical substations, distribution panels, generator sets, UPS systems, and backup power systems.
* Familiarity with **SEC/RIC regulations** and applicable standards for electrical installations.
* Experience interpreting electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management platforms (CMMS/BIM) (desirable).
* Desirable experience in hospitals, clinics, data centers, mining, industry, or critical infrastructure.
