We are seeking a Contract Administrator for the Coquimbo region. **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead and organize the work team, ensuring efficient and results-oriented operations. * Manage and supervise contract operations, including planning, procurement, distribution, and work programs. * Ensure compliance with company-established quality, safety, and procedural standards. * Monitor management indicators and contract performance metrics, such as sales, costs, productivity, staffing, supplies, and operational efficiency. * Properly administer resources and administrative processes associated with the contract. * Implement action plans and corrective improvements to ensure objective achievement. * Train, guide, and develop direct reports, promoting a healthy work environment and professional growth. * Supervise compliance with conditions and standards stipulated in the service contract. * Implement and maintain the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS). * Perform other operation-related duties as required by service needs and managerial directives. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Nutrition, Food Engineering, or Food Technology**. * Minimum **2 years of experience in food service contract administration**. * Experience or knowledge in managing **food and cleaning services**. * Valid **Class B driver’s license**. * Willingness to travel between various operational sites. * Preferred residence in **Vicuña**; candidates from **Coquimbo and La Serena** will also be considered. * This position includes an **assigned vehicle** for visits and supervision of the three dining facilities under responsibility: **Punitaqui, La Chimba, and Vicuña**. **Employment Type** Article 22 Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top food service companies worldwide.
