Maintenance Plans: Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to avoid operational stoppages. Location Tracking (Sites): Maintain updated records of each equipment’s status and the specific site to which it is assigned. Computerized Recordkeeping: Maintain a digital logbook of each machine’s history, entering key data, dates, and technical reports into the computer. Spare Parts Control: Record and report in detail every part or component replacement for inventory control and purchase documentation. Cost Management: Periodically total and report the financial investment made in spare parts and maintenance for each fleet vehicle.
