Teck holds an indirect 60% stake in the mine. Reporting to the General Manager of Quebrada Blanca, the **Supply and Logistics Manager** will be responsible for leading the operational execution of the business’s procurement, logistics, and warehouse management processes, ensuring the company’s operational continuity through safe, efficient, and policy-aligned management—consistent with corporate policies, operational standards, and strategic objectives. The role oversees Site and Port warehouses, material, spare parts, and consumables logistics, as well as the implementation and compliance of processes, standards, and operational models defined by the Supply organization. Additionally, the role must act as a strategic partner to operational areas, promoting high service levels, efficiency, control, risk management, and continuous improvement. This position is based at the Quebrada Blanca site under a 4x3\ shift system. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Be a courageous safety leader, comply with and champion safety and environmental rules and procedures. * Understand, promote, and ensure that area activities and processes align with objectives established in Safety, Occupational Health, Sustainability, and Environmental Policies and Plans. * Maintain effective and timely communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. * Manage personnel, fostering a positive work environment, respect for individuals, inclusion, and diversity. * Lead the integrated supply and logistics operations for QB Site and Port. * Ensure timely availability of critical materials, spare parts, and consumables to meet operational and maintenance plans. * Lead warehouse administration, inventory control, and logistical movements. * Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), operational standards, and performance metrics. * Ensure appropriate operational planning and prioritization within Supply. * Implement and ensure compliance with corporate Supply policies, procedures, and standards. * Ensure alignment with models, processes, and tools defined by Supply Excellence LATAM. * Drive initiatives for efficiency, productivity, digitalization, and continuous improvement. * Promote effective use of ERP/EAM systems and operational management tools. * Identify opportunities to optimize costs, productivity, and service levels. **Requirements** -------------- * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * An MBA or postgraduate degree in finance, international trade, or supply chain is desirable. * Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehousing, or operations within large-scale industries. * Experience in mining or complex industrial companies. * Experience leading logistics operations and managing critical inventory. * Advanced proficiency in English is required (mandatory). * Class B driver’s license. * Willingness to work at the Quebrada Blanca site, located in the Tarapacá Region at 4\.400 meters above sea level, under a 4x3\ shift system. **About Teck** At Teck, we value diversity.
