The Commercial Management invites you to participate in the selection process for the Production Supervisor position at Sopraval, to be based at our La Calera Cured Meats Plant. The main objective of this role is to supervise various production processes, ensuring compliance with productivity, OEE, performance, and organizational standards; promoting safe behaviors, positive work environments, and efficient management of assigned resources and materials. Additionally, the role requires managing continuous improvement of processes and infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise execution of production processes, ensuring compliance with productivity, OEE, performance, and established standards. Coordinate and guide the operations team, promoting safe behaviors and positive work environments. Efficiently manage assigned resources and materials in accordance with organizational objectives. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and area infrastructure. **Mandatory Requirements:** Hold a professional or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field. (Mandatory) Have at least two years of experience working in production areas, preferably within industrial or food companies. (Mandatory) Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, HACCP, and the 5S methodology. (Mandatory) Be available to work rotating shifts.
