




Job Summary: Provide advisory services in risk prevention and applicable legislation, and ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in identifying and controlling occupational hazards. Responsibilities include: \- Advising all personnel on occupational risk prevention and proper risk assessment. \- Advising all personnel on applicable legislation for the company, ensuring its dissemination and understanding. \- Ensuring that processes, functions, or activities under supervision or advisory scope are carried out in accordance with current legislation governing such activities and within a safe working environment. \- Participating in the preparation of risk inventories associated with tasks and activities across various work sites, ensuring their dissemination and implementation. \- Ensuring periodic inductions and/or training sessions on prevention and risk control topics, maintaining formal and documented records thereof. Additionally, entering this data into the "Personnel Induction Matrix" for recordkeeping. \- Ensuring all risks are identified, assessed, and controlled before initiating any activity, and verifying that all procedures associated with the activity are clearly understood and applied. \- Conducting periodic audits to verify compliance with requirements or systems of our client companies regarding safety, occupational health, and environmental matters. \- Participating in the development and implementation of internal health, hygiene, and safety programs while monitoring their compliance. \- Promptly reporting to direct supervisors any incident or undesirable situation occurring in the area of assignment, verifying that all corrective actions are taken and risks controlled—even if this requires halting work operations. \- Reporting and actively participating in investigations of incidents occurring within the company. \- Preparing monthly statistical reports on results and/or trends related to occupational risk prevention for analysis and evaluation, maintaining formal and documented records thereof for dissemination and subsequent improvement of identified deviations. Requirements: \- Availability to travel for project assignments. \- Prior experience in construction, mining, and/or engineering sectors. \- Class B driver's license. \- SEREMI resolution. \- Technical professional or engineer in Occupational Risk Prevention. Salary: Up to $1\.400\.000 per hour Travel Availability: * 75 % (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
