Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise field operators. * Conduct staff training, onboarding, and integration. * Supervise the proper execution of industrial cleaning services. * Control and manage machinery, equipment, and operational supplies. * Ensure compliance with procedures, timelines, and service quality. * Resolve operational incidents in the field. * Report progress and operational needs to management. Requirements: * Experience as a supervisor or operations manager in operational sectors (industrial cleaning, janitorial services, facilities services, maintenance, or similar preferred). * Experience leading field work teams. * Knowledge of the use and maintenance of industrial cleaning machinery and supplies. * Leadership, organizational, and pressure-management skills. * Willingness to travel.
