Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Mining Expansion Projects Director** to lead mine operation expansion and development projects, ensuring compliance with strategic, technical, financial, schedule, and safety objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Lead mining expansion projects from planning through commissioning. * Define scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy. * Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers. * Oversee engineering, construction, procurement, installation, and commissioning. * Manage project risks, costs, changes, and progress. * Coordinate with operations, engineering, permitting, and corporate departments. * Report progress and key performance indicators to senior management. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or related field. * Senior/executive experience in large-scale mining projects. * Proven experience in project management, construction, or operational expansion. * Knowledge of **CAPEX, cost control, planning, and risk management**. * Proficiency in project management tools. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors. * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required. * Strategic leadership, negotiation skills, and results orientation.
