Finning, Caterpillar’s strategic partner and leader in equipment and service distribution, is seeking top talent to fill the role of **Mechanic A**. **Job Description Summary**: Responsible for performing and assisting in repairs across the general product line. Gains knowledge of Caterpillar machinery—or similar equipment—to prepare for more complex future tasks. Performs lower-complexity tasks and participates in removal and installation of major components under direct supervision. Guides assistants in assigned tasks when required. **Job Responsibilities**: Assists higher-qualified peers in workshop or field tasks. Gains knowledge of Caterpillar machinery—or similar equipment—to prepare for more complex future tasks. Performs medium-to-high complexity tasks and participates in removal and installation of major components. **Requirements**: * Technical professional graduate from an institute or university, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. * Experience with Caex, minimum 2 years. * Ability to work under constant exposure to weather, noise, dust, heat, and low temperatures. * Residence in Antofagasta (mandatory).
