Carry out repair and surface improvement tasks (plastering, reinforcement installation, stucco work, leveling, among others). Assist with ironwork as required by maintenance needs. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, as well as general cleaning in intervened spaces, ensuring facilities remain in good condition.
