A leading retail company is seeking responsible, attentive, and committed individuals to support store security in Antofagasta. **What does this position involve?** This is an operational role conducted directly within the store. During your shift, you will be responsible for: * Patrolling and monitoring various areas to prevent theft, losses, or risky situations. * Controlling the entry and exit of people, products, and documentation. * Monitoring CCTV security cameras and watching for potential irregularities. * Promptly reporting any suspicious behavior or incidents. * Recording detected situations and acting in accordance with company protocols. * Supporting a safe environment for customers and colleagues. **You may have experience working in retail (multi-store chains and/or supermarkets).** Most importantly, you must be observant, responsible, respectful, and able to remain attentive throughout your shift. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week: 08:30–15:30 and 13:30–20:30. * Residence in Copiapó. * Ability to work standing and conduct patrols inside the store. * Prior experience in security, access control, or loss prevention is desirable but not mandatory. **We Offer** * Net monthly salary of **$452\.000**. * On-site meal allowance. * Working schedule from Monday to Friday. * Employment with a leading retail company. * Training to properly perform the job.
