Together, we foster a positive and collaborative work environment where all employees can grow and reach their full potential.· Job Description As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the management and distribution of clinical, medical, and operational supplies required for the clinic’s continuous operation—ensuring proper supply to all departments and compliance with established procedures.· Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and register supplies and materials from suppliers. Maintain warehouse control and organization, ensuring accurate classification and storage of products. Prepare and distribute orders to various departments within the clinic. Conduct stock control and monitor products approaching expiration. Record incoming and outgoing supply movements in designated systems. Maintain up-to-date documentation and records. Support the preparation and supply of clinical procedure materials when required.· Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or similar roles. Experience in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare centers is desirable. Experience as a stretcher-bearer or patient transport staff. Basic knowledge of inventory control and documentation handling.
