Logistics and preparation of tools and materials 3. Project completions and quality handovers We are seeking an Installation Assistant to join our technical team both at the factory and on-site. The incumbent will support the master installer in assembling folding closures, ensuring efficiency, order, and safety on every project. **Main Responsibilities:** * Logistics and Preparation: Loading, unloading, and transporting tools and materials (tracks, panels, hardware). Verification of installation kits and protection of the work area. * Assembly Support: Holding, aligning, and measuring components (frames, tracks) per the master’s instructions. Direct assistance with drilling, screwing, and hardware adjustment. * Completions and Handover: Waste cleanup, installation of trim pieces, operational testing of the folding system, and general site tidiness. * Safety: Strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and reporting of on-site hazardous conditions. **Candidate Requirements:** * \-Valid Class B driver's license (Mandatory). * \-Availability: Full availability for on-site and factory-based work. * Competencies: Responsibility, punctuality, proactivity, capacity for continuous learning, and teamwork orientation. **Contractual Terms:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. * Location: Hybrid work (Factory in Quilicura and on-site assignments). * Compensation: CLP $650,000 net monthly. Starting from the sixth month, an installation bonus is added, ranging from CLP $80,000 to CLP $100,000 net additional per month. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $650,000 per month Work Location: In person
