With a global team of 100\.000 experts across more than 150 countries and over 130 years of innovation, we are the force behind our customers’ missions. **Job Description / Responsibilities** Johnson Controls, through its mining division (**Westfire**), is seeking to hire an **HVAC Specialist Foreman** for a major project at **Zaldívar Mine**. **Primary Function**: Supervise, execute, schedule, direct, and control the maintenance and inspection, installation, assembly, repair, optimization, and testing of air conditioning systems, maintaining customer service based on managing productivity and performance requirements while ensuring required quality, environmental, and safety standards. Efficiently manage human and material resources according to organizational objectives. Additionally, collaborate continuously in improving and safeguarding infrastructure and processes. **Requirements** * Technical degree in HVAC, electrical engineering, electromechanics, or related fields. * Advanced experience in HVAC and/or HVAC systems for large-scale mining mobile equipment. * Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Foreman. * Experience working on mining sites. * Class B driver’s license. **Conditions** * Location: Antofagasta \- Zaldívar Mine * Working at heights (medical fitness required). * Rotating 7x7 day and night shifts. * Accommodation and meals provided on-site. * Availability for rotating night shifts
