Analyze team performance and recommend changes to ensure profitability and safety while maintaining customer satisfaction and balancing financial objectives. **Requirements** * Industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineer or senior-level technician, or related field. * 3 years of experience in supervisory and/or team leadership roles. * 3 years of experience in maintenance of fire protection systems. * Class B driver’s license with no traffic violations. **Conditions:** * Work location: Antofagasta * Shift schedule: 7x7 * Meals and accommodation provided on site. * Relocation expenses covered for candidates residing outside Antofagasta.
