Leadership and supervision of teams **Job Description** ---------------------- Comprehensively manage the contract, ensuring compliance with Technical Bases, Administrative Requirements, and other contractual documents. At Echeverría Izquierdo, we are currently seeking a Mining Contract Administrator for a new tender. Requirements: * Must hold a degree in: Civil Engineering, with specializations in Mining, Civil, Construction, Industrial, Metallurgy, or an equivalent related field. * Minimum verifiable experience of 10 years in mining and/or industrial operations. * At least 5 years of experience in service contract administration within the mining sector. * Demonstrable experience in contractual management, cost control, planning, resource administration, and coordination with the Client. * Experience in large-scale earthworks, construction and operation of tailings dams, material handling in stockpiles, among others. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensively manage the contract, ensuring technical, administrative, and contractual compliance. * Plan, coordinate, and control human resources, materials, and equipment for the service. * Financially administer the contract: cost control, payment statements, KPIs, penalties, and incentives. * Coordinate with the Client and internal departments (Operations, HSE, Maintenance, and HR). * Manage risks, contractual deviations, and continuous improvement processes. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality standards. * Lead and supervise the contract team, ensuring appropriate performance and competencies.
