Job Description: Prepare and carry out cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery to ensure compliance with customer service protocols according to the organization’s established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Prepare and perform cleaning and organization tasks in assigned areas (e.g., prep rooms, storage rooms, dining halls, production lines, among others). * Provide customer service related to food delivery. * Prepare equipment, utensils, supplies, tools, and manage their replenishment and transportation involved in food service and cleaning operations. * Carry out and support tasks related to monitoring and implementing current company and site-specific protocols and procedures. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning and/or janitorial work. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Mining industry experience (Mandatory).
